You are often asked to use your head. We request today that you use it too, but not in the way you think!!

Your head/ brain is a powerful tool,. So powerful it can run (and ruin!) your life!

Do not let the thinking part of you be the master of you. This is the problem most human souls on Earth are grappling with. Your brain… if you let it… becomes an unreasonable dictator, with no care for your soul desires.

But it can be a very useful side kick to your soul self, if you play your cards right!!

Your mind is a tangle of fears, human hangups and ego. Yuk! What a combination !!

Your soul is true. Trust it! It can be trusted (Your head will tell you IT is to be trusted! Not true)

So. Let’s get you back on track.

Listen to your soul (and listen to the feelings in your body… your body and soul are great partners!) and use your head to support your soul journey.

There are so many ways not to use your head.. but here is one that will support your soul growth and evolution. And that is the aim!

Use your head by filling it with visions of joy, goals of growth, words of love. Use it to create visions for your next desires. It will support you in making them a reality.

This is a truth.

Repeat words, visions and desires to bring forward your soul delights. Over and over! The human brain loves repetition! In essence, retrain your mind to work for you. Become the master of your mind. Feed it great fuel so that it can support you better (exciting visions, inspiring words)

This is a time of great change. Your thoughts and visions will propel you forwards. Your beautiful brain can keep you on track, believing and feeling and seeing the more. USE IT TO SUPPORT YOU!!

Be very aware what you allow in, through your eyes and ears.

Keep the outside chaos to a minimum. It is currently run by all the egos and minds. Stay with your visions. Stay with your Soul. Your Soul knows best.
