6. All you need is LOVE

I write what I hear, sense and feel. Sometimes it’s not joined up or perfect, but I try and deliver it as it arrives, and not mess with it. The essence is always pure love. In every single word. Somewhere within it there is a message just for you.

Love is all you need.
Love is a very special energy. An exquisite pure energy. It has a very special quality, and as light beings we can see and feel this energy very clearly. It is pure and powerful and has no limits.
It has no boundaries. Not at all. Love can reach people on the other side of the world, and it can reach people who have moved to new dimensions and lifetimes. That is hard for the human brain to understand, but please know that your love for those who have died is felt. And you can feel theirs too. That is a magical thing.
So, interacting with love not judgement is a huge leap towards personal lightness. And it also lights up the planet. Beautiful.
The thing I have learnt is that love is contagious, mesmerising and all encompassing. And the more we love ourselves the more we can feel love and give love. What we put out there, we get back (bigger, better, bolder!). That also works the other way. The more harsh judgement we feel for ourselves, and we send that out into the world, the more we attract that energy right back to us.
Which leads me to my next point. We are all one. All part of the whole. When we remember we feel more comfortable in life. We don’t fight it, we enjoy it. And that is exactly what we are meant to do! So if you can find a space to trust that everything is perfect, and there is nothing to fear, you will find life is much more fun.
We are all about the fun. Fun and laughter is a joy. And you are here to feel joy. And love. And connection. And all the things in-between. The stresses that you feel are real but they are also holding you back and holding you down. Let go, relax and know you are supported and loved.
