The journey that changed everything...
I was a very intuitive child….
I could sense, feel and know things that I couldn't explain.
But somewhere along the way, I learnt that being different wasn't always easy. And like so many of us, I began shutting down parts of myself to fit in.
For years, I pushed those gifts aside.
Until life brought me, quite literally, to my knees.
I was a mother of four, giving so much of myself to everyone around me, and living with chronic pain and arthritis.
Somewhere along the way, I'd stopped listening to myself.
My needs. My desires. My truth.
And those intuitive gifts I'd spent years trying to ignore, they weren't staying quiet any longer!
They became so strong that I began seeing, knowing and feeling things with such an intensity that was almost impossible to manage.
It was all-consuming.
And believe me, I didn't particularly WANT a spiritual awakening!
But eventually, I realised that I needed to understand what was happening and learn how to work with these gifts rather than be overwhelmed by them.
So I began training, exploring and learning to harness what had always been there.
And as I began embracing my gifts, something incredible happened.
I began reclaiming myself.
My body began to heal. My relationship with myself transformed. And over time, so did my relationship with money, abundance and what I believed was possible.
I basically healed my whole life, and my bank account too! 😜
What began as an incredibly challenging period of my life became the foundation of the work I now
ABSOLUTELY LOVE!
This is the work I was born to do ✨
I believe we are extraordinary beings, capable of so much more than we've been conditioned to believe.
And I absolutely LOVE helping women discover just how true that can be.
My work is a magical concoction of the subconscious, the energetic, the intuitive and the multidimensional.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I work with the deep-rooted beliefs, patterns and conditioning that influence how we think, feel, choose and experience our lives.
As an intuitive and channel, I bring another dimension to that work, drawing upon the wisdom, insight and energetic information that comes through in our sessions.
And together, we explore what's ready to shift.
Sometimes that means releasing beliefs and identities that have been carried for decades.
Sometimes it's reconnecting with gifts, desires and truths that have been buried beneath years of expectations, responsibilities and playing small.
Sometimes it's expanding a woman's capacity to be seen, to receive, to lead, to create wealth and to trust herself at an entirely new level.
And sometimes, it's something neither of us could have anticipated!
Because I don't work from a formula!
I work with the woman in front of me.
Her energy. Her subconscious. Her wisdom. Her extraordinary potential.
I've witnessed women move beyond fears that once felt paralysing, create thriving businesses, transform relationships, embrace their gifts and make bold, beautiful decisions about their lives.
Women who have created their first six-figure years, experienced extraordinary financial expansion and stepped into new levels of freedom and self-expression.
And what excites me most isn't simply what they achieve.
It's who they give themselves permission to BE.
The woman who no longer needs to shrink herself to belong.
The woman who trusts her own knowing.
The woman who allows herself to desire more, receive more, express more and experience more.
Not because she was ever lacking.
But because there is always more of life available to explore, create and enjoy.
And this is my passion, my purpose, my joy!
