Now, let’s begin.

We wish today to speak about time, your beliefs, concepts and limitations!!

```Well, first of all you know that we will say time is a human construct, and it does not exist, at least not in the way you think of it.

But the thing we really wish to express today is this.

How many of you live with a restriction of time, a feeling it is running out. A limit of time.

And that feeling limits your actions, your enjoyment.

You are all becoming governed by an impending severance from time.

Which, now we say this out loud, you know is of course nonsense !

We wish to highlight something that has no words.

A heavy feeling of doom.

Living is not dying. It is not waiting to die. It is LIVING!!! (clue in the name!!)

You may die at any time. But what you do have right now is choice. A choice to live fully.

Not to be limited, held back by an unseen force of age, limitations and impact.

That is NOT the plan!!

Loosen your grip on the seconds, hours and days. Breathe in the sun, move in the wind, connect with the earth.

Don't let all the joys pass you by because you are trying to squeeze too much in, or you are too afraid to go all in on life because … well… you fill in the gaps! It is unfathomable!

Time is a figment of imagination. It is not linear. It does not have the set rhythm and cycle that you imagine. And to many extents, you can control it! (your own anyway!!)

So. Here is your friendly and firm reminder to release the time habit, open your arms to living fully, enjoying the fullness of BEING.

Time actually will wait for you!! But you must be willing. Take the action. Live in the moment. Smell the roses!!

(And the other side of this human experience is so much JOY! You do not need to be afraid and hamper your enjoyment with fears. It is all so wonderful!)
