Here is your invitation to build your scaffolding, with deep soul practices.
Scaffolding in this instance is an invisible intricate structure of energy around you.
A structure that is protective. It creates boundaries yes. But more than that.
Imagine a sweet structure of light created from joy, all around you.

A scaffolding that means you can find your route directly to your heart, your root, your third eye (yes these energy centres are very real and show us clearly where you are thriving or struggling!)

We know as you are receiving this you may be thinking ‘I do that already” But we ask you to compile a list, create intentions and move in ritual and movement so that you FEEL your scaffolding right there.
