You are here. You made it! We are so happy!! Please, take a moment, take a breath. Feel us with you. Right here with you!! How exciting!!

Let us now begin! (We have so much to express today… where to start!!)

You are currently experiencing being human in your physical body. It is your vessel for this particular lifetime. Your Soul has been around for eons!! But your body is a once and done tool!

To experience the full richness of the human experience, your body needs to move! You need to move, so that we can move you! Momentum in your experience is activated by movement in your body. Do what you can (your stretch). That is always enough.

Before this lifetime, you were without form. Simply the energy of pure love. You were pure love! Remember that you are not just here for this single human experience. You will return to love and then choose another adventure when you are ready.

So, if you are not just here for this one ride, then what are you here for? Why choose Earth, especially now? (we are very aware of all the upsets and upheavals~). The frequency you came from is very different from the dense frequency of the planet Earth.

Becoming human requires a frequency drop, which mostly means, as you become human, you forget why you came in the first place, and more importantly that you are an infinite being of pure love.

So this is your reminder!!

The Earth is a very emotional place. Higher realms (where you have happily inhabited previously ) hold the energy of peace and of one love. They are not the rollarcoaster of emotions you are part of in your humanness!

This is why it is so easy to forget!!

Take a moment, close your eye, and remember one love. Breathe it in. Peace.

Now, next step.

Disentangle from the emotional chaos all around. It is much more helpful for you to remember one love. To behave, decide, live in this frequency as much as possible.

Do not get caught up in the fight, the drama, the upset.

It is not for you.

Instead exude love!! Be the love. Be the change, in whatever way feels most true to you.

The energy of love is enough to create change and ripples of light.

This is our message today. The words are vessels for our frequency… please let them fill you up with joy.
