time for us to reconnect, take a moment together, and re-adjust to calm, in a very busy time in the world.

Before we begin, please take a breath, close your eyes, and feel us with you. No rush.

We will turn heavy into light.. so stay with us!

Currently on a planet of turmoil, you all need more lightness. We know you agree.

As a result of stress in the world currently, most humans are exuding stress themselves.

They are snappy, grumpy, quick to fire off, serious, very judgemental of others, heavy-and not the leaping lovely unicorns we love to see!!

As you can see, this heaviness creates more heaviness. People are worried, angry, upset…and they throw it out into the world.

We are observing less humour, less laughter, less random kindness.

This is not your natural state and not the way of the world.

What on Earth can be done??!!

How you feel in the world, how you relate to others, is how you feel inside. It’s a mirror.

So. What can be done? Come to peace first. Reset to peace. Believe in peace.

Do whatever you need to do to feel peace and calm in your body.

And then…..

And then you will make decisions from love. lead with love. See the light and love love in every twist and turn. You will spread smiles, and giggles and joys!

The ripples will increase. Seriousness will turn to lightness, frivolity, ease and softness.

And peace will be restored!

We are not joking! Peace begins with one individual at a time, tending to their own internal discord (Everyone has something that triggers them!)

Peace begins at home. With yourself.

Then take this light love into the world, and meet rage with love, meet irritation with patience, meet a snap with a smile.

Lighten up, feel the love.

Change will come from laughter, connection, kindness.

Be the change you would love to see in the world.
